You will find that with burst fire the first bullet out of three will always be the most accurate, that is how the muzzle brake works and is why I only ever have it equipped on semi auto firearms (or firearms I will using at a semi auto basis) Nine times out of ten, it generally doesn't matter.Īs far as I'm aware, bullets are completely random everytime it leaves the end of the barrel. I generally don't worry to much about the meta, unless it actually matters. Suppressor: Weakens bullet traces, doesn't show threat markers, decreases dmg (some dmg stats with suppressor are shown incorrectly in the gun menu)Įdit: on the note of suppressors, Rogue9 made a great series of videos on it so check out his YouTubeĮdit2: Generally just pick the attachment you feel most comfortable with Muzzle Brake: 40% first shot recoil, recenter a in 1/2 the time (best attachment for burst fire)įlash Hider: Directs Muzzle flash away from sight, and gives 40% less recoil on the 4-5th shot (best flex attachment)Ĭompensator: Reduces Horizontal recoil ONLY (somewhere around 40%), this makes it best for guns with horizontal recoil or guns where you just want to pull straight down (Type89, 416C, MPX are the big ones)Įxtended Barrel: Does NOT Increase recoil, merely curves the damage dropoff, only useful on P90, 9mm C1, and M12 (due to their drop off, or poor piss damage) THIS ATTACHMENT IS BORDERLINE USELESS ![]() ![]() I'll repost my comment from an older thread:Īttachments come down to personal preference, however I'll quickly describe what each does:
